Forest Guardian is a survival roguelite inspired by Brazilian folklore. Players only move; weapons attack on their own and every level brings a card that changes the run. Fire, Ice, Lightning and Wind combine into six elemental reactions. The Curupira, the Iara, the Saci and other legends are the heroes; the bosses, like the Mapinguari, have been taken by the Rot and are set free when defeated. All the art and music are generated by code, with a single in-house palette.
